About The Position

Hard Truth Distilling Co. is seeking Seasonal Tour Guides who are energetic, personable, and passionate about craft spirits to create unforgettable experiences for guests. This role involves greeting visitors, mixing cocktails, sharing the distillery's history, leading tours (including ATV tours), and facilitating mixology classes. The position also includes opening and closing duties, and providing adaptable support within a dynamic team environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must possess or be willing to obtain an Alcohol Serving License from the State of Indiana.
Be prepared to kneel, bend, squat, and lift throughout your shift.
Exhibit clear and professional communication with customers, supervisors, and colleagues.

Lead engaging tours, sharing in-depth knowledge about distillation and the craft.
Take guests on exciting ATV tours through the woods surrounding the distillery.
Facilitate interactive mixology classes and tastings.
Assist with setup and preparation, ensuring the welcome center is ready for tours and events.
Help with post-event breakdown, ensuring everything is clean for the next experience.
Jump in to assist with various tasks as needed, thriving in a dynamic and fun work environment.
