US Ghost Adventures is seeking a lively and energetic Tour Guide for their daytime pirate tours in St. Augustine, FL. The role involves captivating audiences of all ages with stories of pirates, privateers, and the legends of the nation's oldest city. The company's passion is bringing history to life through unforgettable stories, combining research-based history with lively storytelling to deliver fun, family-friendly adventures in over 100 U.S. cities.
Requirements
- Comfortable and confident in public speaking
- Live within 25 miles of downtown St. Augustine with reliable transportation
- Passionate about history, storytelling, and engaging audiences of all ages
- Available for Night tours
Nice To Haves
- Ability to deliver a piratey “Arrr!”
Responsibilities
- Share the tales of swashbucklers, buried treasure, and life on the high seas with visitors from around the world
- Captivate audiences of all ages with tales of pirates, privateers, and the legends that still echo through the streets of the nation’s oldest city
- Deliver entertaining, historic, and authentic tours
Benefits
- $50–$150 per day (including tips), depending on the number of tours given
