About The Position

Carvana is seeking Autobody Technicians with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair to join their team. As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage, operating a wheel repair machine, and performing painting and clear-coating of wheels. This role is part of the 2nd shift, operating on a 4/10 schedule, Monday through Thursday from 6:30 PM to 5:30 AM.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Willingness to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment)
• Ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
