About The Position

This role involves preparing wheels for polishing machines, inspecting them for damage, and managing their movement between machines. The position requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail. The company provides training for this role.

Requirements

Able to lift 30-50lbs continuously, 60 lbs. on occasion.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
Comfortable with handling heat and wearing protective gear
Strong commitment to quality with genuine care for the product and work.
Professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and commitment to working in a safe environment.
Ability to concentrate for extended periods while standing.
Physical capability to access all areas of the facility, withstand activities like walking, and standing.
Multi-tasking ability while maintaining accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to observe and inspect part quality.
Lift and move totes weighing up to 50 pounds.
Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, both below the waist and above the head.
Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variation and able to access all areas of the building without limitations.
