About The Position

The Wheel and Brake Associate Technician (Level B), will execute the wheel and brake production plan and will be responsibilities to follow all safety and quality policies and insure productivity goals are met. This will require that they be available and willing to work in all areas of the shop including, but not limited to, receiving, disassemble, cleaning, painting, assemble and shipping as required. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Dallas, TX.

Requirements

Experience working under FAA 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station Regulations
Knowledge of aircraft mechanical component, repair procedures, or painting
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with efficiency
Equivalent automotive or military experience to be considered
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
