The analyst will gather and document functional requirements, coordinate testing, and support integrations and data management. Collaboration with SMEs and providing consultative advice are key aspects of the position. The analyst will also contribute to change management by identifying application changes and assisting with support materials. A focus on business objectives and end-user experience during system design and testing is expected. Staying current with vendor updates and logging enhancement requests are also part of the responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
