About The Position

Crowe LLP, one of the 10 largest accounting firms in the United States, is seeking a professional and dedicated WFH Live Chat Agent to join our global team. This is a full-time, remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from home. Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably with live chat experience.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of English spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Fast and accurate typing skills are essential.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively in a remote setting.
• A patient and empathetic approach to customer support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• A reliable internet connection and a suitable, quiet home office environment.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via live chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about our services.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring a high standard of quality.
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or departments.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and a a positive team environment.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
