About The Position

Iron Oak Energy is seeking a Wet Plant Night Shift Operator to join the Operations team at its Wyeville, WI location. This role operates with limited supervision and is responsible for the operations of the wet plant, ensuring maximum production quantity and quality while supporting company policies, goals, and objectives.

Requirements

Ability to train on plant control systems.
Ability to train in Quality Assurance program and test processes as required by the QA program and procedures.
Ability to train on and be fully capable of operating skid steers, telehandlers and man lifts.

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues.

Responsibilities

Performing general labor such as plant clean-up and housekeeping.
Following direction and completing tasks in a timely manner with close supervision.
Cleaning under tail pulleys and high build up areas.
Ensuring belts are tracking properly.
Ensuring polymer batching system is filled with dry polymer and liquid polymer is at adequate level.
Communicating with shift leads and wet plant manager regarding any process malfunctions or irregularities.
Participating in learning requirements for plant maintenance and key areas to inspect regularly for high wear and problematic potentials.
Assisting maintenance technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs such as greasing, changing rollers, bearings, and belt splices.
Other duties as assigned.
