About The Position

Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation is accepting applications for various roles at the Westside Recreation Center. Openings include Lifeguards, Lifeguard interim, Front desk staff, Recreation assistants, Maintenance staff, and Certified Fitness Instructors. The center offers various shifts to accommodate different schedules.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of age.
• Able to work up to 28 hours per week.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

• Health benefits available for Lifeguard interim position (40-hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide guest experiences throughout the facility.
• Perform lifeguard duties.
