The Western Regional Vice President (RVP) is a senior field role that serves as a strategic partner to Principal Owners (PO), Firms, and Financial Representatives. The RVP is responsible for providing consultative advice to new and existing Firms to advance growth, improve productivity, long-term sustainability, and leadership development across the field distribution network in the Western Region. This role requires proven experience consulting on driving sales growth, development, and productivity within a field-based, firm, or financial services environment. Demonstrated success in assisting with business planning aligned to strategic growth initiatives, including influencing production outcomes, recruiting, market expansion, performance, and succession planning is essential. The ideal candidate will possess sound business judgment, the ability to navigate escalations and exception requests, and balance business impact and risk. A track record of building strong, trust-based relationships across both field and home office partners, a deep understanding of distribution economics and performance drivers, and familiarity with field compensation structures and incentive models are also key.
