About The Position

As a Western Regional Outreach Manager with the Insurance Department, you will help lead outreach programs that support consumers across the region. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build partnerships, share information, and guide a team of Outreach Specialists. This position leads outreach and engagement work across the western region and supervises a team that supports consumers and communities. Work involves planning events, managing communication efforts, and guiding policies that improve the public outreach mission.

Requirements

• One year as an Administrative Officer 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Four years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management of staff work in public or private organization, including experience in personnel management budgeting or procurement; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Guide outreach activities across the region and participate in events that educate consumers
• Assist citizens during critical incidents by providing insurance-related information on-site
• Develop outreach plans, policies, and procedures to support engagement goals
• Identify public concerns and direct issues for formal investigation when needed
• Track outreach results and review trends to improve programs and communication efforts
• Direct Outreach Specialists, assign tasks, and support staff development and training
