About The Position

Join the Wendy's team inside Kenly 95! This is a part-time evening job that keeps you moving. Build valuable food service and customer service experience in a fast-paced travel center. You'll help with customer service, food preparation, cashier duties, drink preparation, stocking, cleaning, and daily restaurant operations. No previous restaurant experience is required — we hire for attitude and train for skill.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable transportation.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing active work throughout the shift.
• Willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work the required evening shift.
• Comfortable learning different roles within Wendy's.
• Friendly, helpful, and comfortable working with customers.
• Must be able to work either the 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM OR 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and maintain Wendy's quality standards.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take orders and operate registers accurately.
• Prepare drinks and assist with order assembly.
• Stock food, supplies, and other items needed for the shift.
• Clean and organize kitchen, dining, and service areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with managers and teammates.
