You'll lead a fast-paced team, coach employees, maintain high service and food-quality standards, and help keep each shift running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced team leader ready for more responsibility and growth.

Requirements

At least 1 year of leadership experience is required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have dependable transportation to and from work.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of food service, quick-service, or fast-casual experience preferred.
You can coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
You understand the importance of excellent guest service.
You stay calm and make smart decisions in a fast-paced environment.
You are punctual, dependable, and communicate well with management.

Responsibilities

Lead daily shifts and delegate tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
Coach, train, and support team members across Subway and Dairy Queen.
Deliver excellent customer service and help resolve guest concerns professionally.
Monitor food quality, portion control, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Handle cash procedures, inventory counts, opening and closing duties, and shift checklists.
Communicate effectively with managers and team members.
Step in wherever needed to keep the shift running smoothly.
