Supervises all wellsite activities including workover, completions, wireline, coil tubing, stimulation operations and associated field employees and contractors. This role requires the ability to be available 24 hours per day for on-call duties, emergencies, and questions. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining employee confidence, protecting company assets, and keeping information confidential. They contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed, adhering to company values such as integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment, and innovation, and supporting the company's vision and mission. A key aspect of this role is to lead by example in building a safe work environment, adhering to industry safety standards and best practices, and providing clear leadership in all aspects of Health, Safety & Environmental protection. This includes providing regulatory guidance and communication for reporting to other departments and agencies, such as emissions reporting. The position also requires adherence to the established work schedule, attendance standards, and punctuality for work and meetings.
