Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Passion for wellness and nutrition
• Excellent customer service and retail skills
• Positive, “can-do” energy
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Background check and drug screen (we’re all about safety)
• A conviction does not automatically disqualify you. We believe in second chances and fair evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Chatting with customers and helping them find the right wellness products
• Running the cash register and navigating tablets/tech like a pro
• Keeping the store looking fresh, stocked, and ready to impress
• Lifting, moving, kneeling, and squatting—we call it “paid exercise”
• Sharing product knowledge and making smart suggestions (hello, upsells!)
• Contributing to team goals and high-fiving when we hit them
• Opening and closing the store (like a boss)
• Joining lunch-and-learns (yep, free food + wellness education = winning)
• Attending the occasional fun community event to promote NHC

Benefits

• $14.00/hour starting pay
• Monthly bonus potential of $2.50–$3.50/hour (up to $4/hr)
• Extra pay for weekends: +$2/hour for Saturdays, +$4/hour for Sundays
