Wellness Services Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Services Registered Nurse (RN) position. The Wellness Services Registered Nurse is a dual service nursing role supporting both Wellness Home Services and the Primary Care Office. Provides individualized wellness nursing services and fee-for-service care through Wellness Home Services while also supporting the clinical and administrative operations of the Primary Care Office as services are established and utilization grows. Collaborates with the Wellness Office Manager and the Nurse Practitioner to help residents access appropriate services across the well-being continuum, promote coordinated care, and support a welcoming, efficient office model without creating separate nursing silos.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the applicable state Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within three months of employment)
- Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience is preferred, ideally in senior living, primary care, community health, wellness, home health, or a health-related setting
- Experience with care coordination, office workflow, electronic health records, insurance verification, or ambulatory/primary care operations is preferred, but not required
