About The Position

The Wellness Registered Nurse (RN) at PEACE VILLAGE is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves coordinating with healthcare professionals, managing patient care plans, and implementing nursing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing nursing teams and coordinating patient care effectively.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop nursing staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.
• Ability to assess patient conditions and implement appropriate care plans.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in geriatric care or long-term care settings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the nursing team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and other medical staff.
