About The Position

WebMD Health Services (WHS) is a division of WebMD whose mission is to provide expert guidance that inspires people to take charge of their health. We do this by helping people understand their health risks, make smart health care decisions, and take active steps toward living healthier lives. Our health, wellness and transparency services power programs from employers, health plans and government organizations are delivered online, onsite, and telephonically. The Dedicated Wellness Program Manager (PM) will work collaboratively with their internal WebMD account team and the client’s designated benefits and wellness team to raise awareness of the wellness products, services and engage employees in the wellness offerings. The PM will work onsite at the client location in Bayport, MN and/or Oak Parks Heights, MN locations and will travel to neighboring facilities for program promotion and employee engagement. Periodic travel as needed may be required to support the well-being program offerings at other locations in North America. The PM is expected to be on-site three days a week with remaining days working in a remote capacity. The PM will lead wellbeing initiatives supporting both unionized and non-unionized employees. The successful candidate will have a background in health promotion, community health, exercise physiology, and/or related background with a drive and passion to promote employee wellbeing. This individual must be creative and able to successfully engage and lead the employees in the wellness program.

Requirements

BS/BA Required, MS/MBA differentiator.
Minimum of 2 years Wellness Coordinator or similar client-facing experience.
Minimum of 2 years delivering well-being information products and services.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage relationships with client stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
As a core requirement, you must implement and act in accordance with the organization’s information security policies; protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference; execute security processes or activities; and report security events or potential events or other security risks to the appropriate parties within the organization.

Nice To Haves

5 years Wellness Coordinator/Health Coaching or similar client-facing experience preferred.
5 or more years of delivering healthcare information products and services, especially consumer-facing interfaces and H&W administration, preferred.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience managing a Wellness Champion Network
Professional Wellness Certification(s)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the annual wellness plan and strategy tailored to achieve client’s specific corporate health and well-being goals.
Drive employee-centered initiatives and long-term planning to embed a robust culture of well-being across all enterprise facilities.
Serve as the primary well-being point of contact for senior leaders and management to champion program engagement, share insights, and secure organizational buy-in.
Manage day-to-day delivery of established programs under the collective guidance of the client and the WebMD account team, adjusting to custom account duties as designed (e.g., supporting on-site health fairs, biometric screenings or in-person health assessments).
Lead, expand, and inspire the Wellness Champion Network to cultivate grass-roots support and build a culture of well-being at the individual worksite level.
Plan, coordinate, and execute consistent, high-quality wellness programs both virtual and in-person.
Increase employee awareness of and participation in company-wide wellness offerings and broader benefit resources, serving as a programmatic bridge to other supportive vendor partners.
Implement creative, health-focused activities designed to maximize multi-site turnout and measurably improve employee health outcomes.
Develop comprehensive leader toolkits featuring talking points, promotional tips, and resource guides to empower managers to promote well-being within their teams.
Create, schedule, and distribute multi-channel well-being communications that align client business goals with participant needs.
Conduct ongoing program reviews to assess strategy efficacy, identify optimization areas, and ensure operational excellence.
Measure program impact using historical metrics, employee surveys, and analytical data to compile comprehensive reports for executive leadership.
