About The Position

We collaborate with a global personal development and leadership education organisation delivering online programs and live virtual events. In this role, you will engage with individuals who have already expressed interest in personal development, introduce relevant educational options, and guide them through a structured conversation and follow up process using digital systems and communication tools. This is a structured independent contractor role. It is not a salaried position and may suit professionals who are confident in communication, comfortable with follow up, and able to work within clear systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Professionals with 6+ years of experience in health, wellness, consulting, education, client advisory, coaching, or relationship based roles
  • Established practitioners, consultants, business owners, and professionals seeking a structured remote model alongside their current work
  • Confident communicators comfortable with phone, email, messaging, and online conversations
  • Individuals able to build rapport, identify genuine interest, and work within a clear process
  • Self directed professionals who value personal growth, structure, and outcome based work
