About The Position

Spring Arbor of Clover Hill is seeking compassionate Wellness Nurses (LPNs) to join their growing team. This role involves providing daily supervision and leadership to non-licensed associates, monitoring resident conditions in Assisted Living, and ensuring high-quality care. The Wellness Nurse will deliver resident care according to healthcare provider orders, administer medications, oversee continuity of care, and respond to changes in resident conditions.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the state licensing agency
• CPR/AED certification
• 1+ year of experience as an LPN in a senior care setting
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening
• Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy

Nice To Haves

• Experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned non-licensed associates, monitoring resident conditions in Assisted Living and demonstrating strong decision-making
• Make work assignments and meet regularly with associates to identify and address problem areas and improve care and services
• Deliver resident care according to healthcare provider orders, regulatory requirements, recognized nursing practice, and Company policy
• Accurately administer prescribed medications, oversee continuity of resident care, respond to changes in condition, and perform first aid as needed
