About The Position

At Spring Arbor of Clover Hill, we're growing our team and looking for compassionate Wellness Nurses (LPNs) who are ready to make an impact every day — or night! We're Hiring — Full-Time & Part-Time. Shifts available are 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Weekends May Be Required | Same Day Pay Available!

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the state licensing agency
• CPR/AED certification
• 1+ year of experience as an LPN in a senior care setting
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening
• Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy

Nice To Haves

• Experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned non-licensed associates, monitoring resident conditions in Assisted Living and demonstrating strong decision-making
• Make work assignments and meet regularly with associates to identify and address problem areas and improve care and services
• Deliver resident care according to healthcare provider orders, regulatory requirements, recognized nursing practice, and Company policy
• Accurately administer prescribed medications, oversee continuity of resident care, respond to changes in condition, and perform first aid as needed
