About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Wellness Nurse to join our team at Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, AR. This role is crucial in providing compassionate care and ensuring the well-being of our residents. Requirements

  • Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standing.
  • Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulation.
  • Experience in hands-on care of memory-impaired residents.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
  • Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to residents.
  • Ability to communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and community staff.
  • Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team by example when passing medications, assisting residents with personal care, and completing paperwork.
  • Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently, and file them correctly.
  • Ensure each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and ends with the resident feeling safe and cared for, exemplifying the core values of Arrow Senior Living.
  • Maintain and update effective service plans.
  • Supervise care staff.
