Wellness Nurse - RN or LPN

Taking full responsibility for residents' nursing care, monitoring conditions, following physician orders, and applying recognized nursing standards. Recognizing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, initiating or assisting with interventions, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Instructing nursing staff on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with administrative and clinical standards.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse – RN license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred
