About The Position

The Wellness Nurse (RN) oversees resident health, supports clinical systems, and ensures high-quality, compliant care delivery at Sunrise Senior Living. Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Experience in assisted living, a hospital, or long-term care.
• Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and monitor health trends.
• Oversee medication programs and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate care with families, physicians, and clinical teams.
• Support infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Lead clinical training and support staff development.
• Monitor incidents and drive quality improvements.
