Wellness Nurse Manager 7pm-7am $32-40 (Full Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellness Nurse Manager to join our team at Holliday Farms in Zionsville, IN. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $32 - $40 per hour and a unique shift schedule. As a Wellness Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising the building in the absence of department heads, leading the Wellness team, and ensuring person-centered care is provided. You will also be expected to be a visible and active presence on the floor, assisting with resident needs and demonstrating a sense of urgency. Accurate and efficient documentation of resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents is essential. Above all, you will exemplify Arrow's core values, ensuring every resident interaction is professional, caring, and leaves the resident feeling safe and cared for.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within state of employment.
- Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
- Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents.
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds and perform two-person transfers.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hands-on care of memory impaired residents is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as it is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
- In the absence of department heads, this position is in charge of the building.
- Be active in the department, assisting and leading the Wellness team and other departments in ensuring quick, reliable, and person-centered care is provided.
- Be available to help with call lights, requests for assistance from the team, and demonstrate a sense of urgency that puts the needs, great or small, of a resident first.
- Resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents should be completed accurately and efficiently, and filed correctly.
- Exemplify the core values at the heart of Arrow, ensuring each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and ends with the resident feeling safe and cared for.
- Provide direct (hands-on) nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
