LPN/Nurse Manager $7,500 Sign On $30.50 to $40 7pm-7am (Full-Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and skilled Wellness Nurse Manager to join our team at The Boulevard Senior Living St. Peters. Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within the state of employment.
- Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
- Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds and perform two-person transfers.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hands-on care of memory-impaired residents is preferred.
- Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the wellness team and other departments, ensuring quick, reliable, and person-centered care.
- Assist with call lights, respond to requests for assistance, and demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet resident needs.
- Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently.
- Provide direct, hands-on nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
- Exemplify core values, ensuring professional, caring interactions with residents.
