About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and skilled Wellness Nurse Manager to join our team at The Boulevard Senior Living St. Peters. Requirements

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within the state of employment.
  • Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
  • Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds and perform two-person transfers.
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hands-on care of memory-impaired residents is preferred.
  • Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the wellness team and other departments, ensuring quick, reliable, and person-centered care.
  • Assist with call lights, respond to requests for assistance, and demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet resident needs.
  • Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide direct, hands-on nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
  • Exemplify core values, ensuring professional, caring interactions with residents.
