Wellness Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
As a Wellness Nurse (LPN) at Ashby Ponds, you will be part of a dedicated clinical team focused on delivering exceptional resident-centered care. You will provide skilled nursing care and services to residents, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor and assess residents' health status and communicate changes appropriately, collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members, maintain accurate documentation and resident records, and support residents and families with compassion, professionalism, and respect. You will also promote a safe and healthy living environment.
Requirements
- Current, active LPN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

Benefits
- Competitive compensation: ranges from $33/hour - $37/hour, plus applicable shift differentials.
- Week day evening shift differential is $2.00/hour, weekday night shift differential is $2.50/hour.
- All shifts receive a $4.00/hour differential on weekends.
