About The Position

Panacea Luxury Spa Boutique is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Wellness Guides to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping people, eager to learn and grow within a beautiful spa environment, and possess a positive attitude. Wellness Guides are the primary point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their experience from arrival to departure. They manage the front desk, oversee the retail boutique, and assist clients with all aspects of their spa visit, ensuring an exceptional and relaxing experience. This includes managing amenities, processing orders, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the spa.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or older.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Willing to learn new techniques through paid training.

Responsibilities

  • Run the front desk and oversee the retail boutique.
  • Assist clients with everything they need for an exceptional and relaxing experience, including robes, slippers, lockers, tours of amenity spaces, cocktails, and food orders.
  • Ensure the spa remains clean and well-maintained, attending to laundry, picking up towels, robes, slippers, glassware, and stocking snacks and beverages.
  • Arrive at least 1 hour prior to spa opening or stay after closing to complete duties.
  • Review daily appointments and set up for special client needs.
  • Confirm all appointments.
  • Turn on/off spa equipment at the beginning/end of the day.
  • Maintain a clean workspace.
  • Prepare and close down water, teas, and snack stations.
  • Stock beverages and retail space as needed.
  • Clean and arrange retail spaces.
  • Prepare packaging for product shipments and retail gift baskets.
  • Maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance.
  • Check guests in and out.
  • Schedule appointments, place reminder calls/emails, and verify appointment confirmations.
  • Up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sell services and products.
  • Assist with laundry, cleaning, and up-keep of treatment rooms and common/amenity areas.
  • Provide tours of the spa and offer/serve beverages.
  • Communicate spa promotions with guests.
  • Stay up to date on policies and procedures.
  • Delegate job responsibilities to idle team members when help is needed.
  • Assist Spa Manager in other duties as needed.
