Wellness Floor Attendant
About The Position
The North Rutherford YMCA is Now Hiring for Wellness Floor Attendant. This is a part-time position with a pay range starting at $15 per hour, with the potential for more depending on experience. Shifts vary by location. The YMCA of Middle TN is looking for a candidate who loves fitness and enjoys helping others reach their wellness goals to join their team as a Wellness Floor Attendant. In this role, you will be the friendly face greeting members in the Wellness Center, helping them feel confident and comfortable with their workouts. You will guide members on proper equipment use, recommend wellness programs, and offer encouragement, playing a key role in their fitness journeys. You will also ensure the space stays clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- CPR Pro/AED and First Aid within 30 days of hire
- YMCA wellness and safety certifications within 90 days
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or fitness experience is a bonus
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for healthy living
