About The Position
The Downtown YMCA is hiring for a Wellness Floor Attendant. This role involves greeting members in the Wellness Center, assisting them with workouts, guiding them on proper equipment use, recommending wellness programs, and offering encouragement to support their fitness journeys. The attendant is also responsible for ensuring the wellness space remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all members.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for healthy living
- CPR Pro/AED and First Aid within 30 days of hire
- YMCA wellness and safety certifications within 90 days
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or fitness experience is a bonus
