Wellness Floor Attendant
About The Position
The Sumner County YMCA is Now Hiring for Wellness Floor Attendant. This is a part-time position with a pay range starting at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience). Shifts vary by location. The YMCA of Middle TN is looking for a Wellness Floor Attendant who loves fitness and enjoys helping others reach their wellness goals. This role involves being the friendly face greeting members in the Wellness Center, helping them feel confident and comfortable with their workouts. Responsibilities include guiding members on proper equipment use, recommending wellness programs, offering encouragement, and ensuring the space stays clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- CPR Pro/AED and First Aid within 30 days of hire
- YMCA wellness and safety certifications within 90 days
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or fitness experience is a bonus
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for healthy living
