About The Position
As a Wellness & Enrichment Coordinator at Edgewood, you’ll get to make a difference by fulfilling the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of the most amazing folks on the planet – our residents! Edgewood Healthcare has been providing outstanding care and services for seniors since 1992. We offer senior living solutions in more than 60 beautiful communities across seven states in the Midwest. Edgewood Spring Wind is an 84-bed Assisted Living & Memory Care community.
Requirements
- Passion and drive for helping others
- Willingness to train new employees
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in activities or recreation programming
Responsibilities
- Develop a monthly calendar of life enrichment activities
- Set up and run activities while providing resident oversight
- Order activity supplies
- Operate within department budget
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
