About The Position

The Waterford at Creekside, a premier retirement community in Pensacola, FL, provides quality care to residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role is for a Wellness Director or Director of Nursing (RN or LPN) who will be responsible for overseeing resident care and health-related services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing all activities within the community. The position utilizes cutting-edge technology to enhance resident care and streamline job functions.

Requirements

Licensed or Registered Nurse with a minimum of at least three to five years in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position.
A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of all health-related services.
Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
Establishes working relationship with health care professionals in the community to include interactions with the Residents’ health care providers.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
