The schedule is Monday - Friday. Requirements

  • Must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
  • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
  • Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community.
  • Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
  • Contribute to Quality, Assurance, Performance, and Improvement (QAPI) initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
  • Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
  • Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
