Requirements
- Med Tech experience
- Caregiving experience
- Proficient in English
Nice To Haves
- Experience in working with similar age demographics
- Experience in clinical oversight in a setting such as ours preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides direct care support by performing caregiving and med tech duties to meet staffing plan requirements
- Manage the coordination of care for residents, including the dissemination of information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers
- Cover open shifts as needed, assisting residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene
- Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required
- Maintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the resident's needs are continually met.
