About The Position

The YMCA at Donelson-Hermitage is seeking an energetic and passionate leader to join their team as a full-time Wellness Coordinator. This role involves overseeing wellness programs, coaching and inspiring staff, maintaining safe and clean spaces, and building relationships with members. The position also includes hands-on wellness floor shifts and program development, ensuring a varied daily experience.

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within 30 days
• Additional wellness certifications within 90 days
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Exercise Science or related field
• Program development experience
• Fitness education experience
• Supervisory experience
