About The Position

GenCare Lifestyle @ Pt. Ruston is a Premier IL/AL/Memory Care Senior Living Community in Tacoma, and a recent multiple US News & World Report Community Award Winner. The Wellness department has an opening for a PART TIME Wellness Coordinator, THURSDAY-SATURDAY. Staff scheduling, problem solving, and relationship-building are integral parts of this position. Excellent communication skills a must. GenCare Lifestyle promotes a Whole Life Living program and Assisted Living/Health Services that focuses on the mind, body, and soul.

Requirements

• CNA/Med Tech experience required.
• CNA / MED TECH Certification
• Experience with scheduling
• Weekend support
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to function as part of a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem solve and meet the needs of residents and family members
• Build relationships with residents and their family members
• Always ensure resident safety and confidentiality
• All applicants must be able to speak and write English clearly.

• Experience working with seniors is a plus!
