About The Position

Wellness City is seeking a high-energy Wellness Consultant to help clients find wellness and tanning options suited to their needs. The role focuses on delivering professional customer service, building client relationships, and making customized recommendations for spa, sunless, and UV equipment and product routines. Consultants also help maintain sales requirements, clean equipment and facilities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The position may require working independently during shifts as business needs require.

Requirements

Basic computer skills and knowledge.
Ability to provide professional customer service and engage with clients effectively.
Ability to create customized client recommendations and maintain minimum sales requirements.
Ability to multitask in an upbeat, fast-paced spa, sunless, and UV tanning environment.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to bend at the waist and bend down to clean equipment and pick up items from floors.
Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
Ability to perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent, professional customer service and ensure clients’ needs are met.
Build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable options.
Create customized recommendations for spa, sunless, and UV equipment and product routines.
Maintain minimum sales requirements.
Clean spa, sunless, and UV equipment as clients leave while engaging arriving clients.
Help maintain cleanliness in spa rooms, the lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
Work cohesively with the team and uphold company policies and procedures.
Work independently and alone during shifts when business needs require.
