About The Position

Wellness City is seeking a high-energy Wellness Consultant to serve clients in a spa, sunless, and UV tanning environment. The role focuses on providing professional customer service, understanding clients’ needs, and creating customized recommendations for spa services, sunless and UV equipment, and products. Consultants are expected to meet minimum sales requirements, keep equipment and shared areas clean, and work with teammates in a fast-paced setting while following company policies and procedures. The position may require working independently during shifts as business needs require.

Requirements

Basic computer skills and knowledge.
Ability to provide professional customer service and build relationships with clients.
Ability to create customized recommendations for clients.
Ability to meet minimum sales requirements.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to bend at the waist to clean equipment and bend down to pick up items from floors.
Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
Ability to perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
Ability to work independently during shifts as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent, professional customer service and ensure clients’ needs are met.
Build relationships with clients and understand and address their needs.
Create customized recommendations for spa services, sunless and UV equipment, and product routines.
Meet minimum sales requirements.
Clean spa, sunless, and UV equipment as clients leave while engaging with arriving clients.
Help maintain cleanliness in spa rooms, the lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast-paced environment and follow company policies and procedures.
Work independently and alone during shifts when business needs require.
