Wellness Consultant
About The Position
Join SVI Corporate, LLC, a Palm Beach Tan & Wellness Franchisee, as a Wellness Consultant in the tanning and wellness industry. The role combines client service and sales: consultants help clients look and feel their best, meet sales goals, and may earn base pay plus up to 12% commission. Average earnings are stated as $10.00–$15.00+ per hour. The company describes a welcoming, team-oriented environment and offers sales and leadership training and career advancement opportunities. The position includes consulting with clients, promoting products and services, maintaining salon cleanliness and health department standards, handling cash and customer card data securely, completing paperwork, and supporting the Store Manager and team. Salons are open seven days a week. Schedules are built with flexibility in mind, but some night, weekend, and holiday work is expected. Occasional local travel may be needed for meetings, training, or support at other salon locations. This is a security-sensitive position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) skills.
- Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule and punctuality.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to be on your feet for 7 or more hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
- Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
- Provide customer service that encourages clients to return.
- Keep the salon clean and organized and ensure it meets health department standards.
- Handle cash, opening and closing duties, and customer card data securely; PCI security training is included.
- Track goals and complete daily paperwork.
- Support the Store Manager and team with promotions and store goals.
- Follow company and legal requirements.
