About The Position
The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking friendly, dependable individuals with a passion for wellness to join our team as part-time Wellness Coaches. This role involves building relationships with members, providing equipment orientations, cleaning equipment, and assisting members on the wellness floor. The YMCA of Greater Richmond is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and nurturing the potential of all staff through ongoing professional development. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications (or willingness to be certified)
- Ability to work at least two weekend shifts per month
- Flexibility for rotating coverage
- Availability to work some holidays
