About The Position
The Powhatan Family YMCA is seeking part-time friendly individuals with a passion for wellness to work with members as Wellness Coaches. The YMCA of Greater Richmond is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and believes in nurturing the potential of all staff, dedicated to ongoing professional development. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications (or willingness to be certified)

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with members
- Provide equipment orientations
- Conduct fitness evaluations
- Clean equipment
- Assist members on the wellness floor
