About The Position

Vi at Bentley Village is seeking a Wellness Center Manager, a Full Time Registered Nurse, for a Salaried Position. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating health and wellness initiatives to maintain the health status of the community and promote a healthy lifestyle for residents. The position also includes developing a business and program plan, supporting budget, and establishing a method for program tracking and reporting. The work environment is described as luxurious.

Requirements

5 years of progressive experience in a management role.
1-3 years of experience in wellness, health promotion or health management field.
Graduation from a School of Nursing for Registered Nurses.
Current State Licensure in the state where practicing.
Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.
Current First Aid certification or willingness to become First Aid certified.
Ability to use a resident and customer-focused approach to problem solving and goal setting.
Ability to monitor the operating and capital budgets for Resident Health Center functions.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and Continuing Care Retirement Community operations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment.
Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office.
Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.

Nice To Haves

Previous work with the geriatric population is preferred.

Responsibilities
