About The Position

Vi at Bentley Village is seeking a Wellness Center Manager, a Full Time Registered Nurse, for a Salaried Position. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating health and wellness initiatives to maintain the health status of the community and promote a healthy lifestyle for residents. The position also includes developing a business and program plan, supporting budget, and establishing a method for program tracking and reporting. The work environment is described as luxurious.

Requirements

  • 5 years of progressive experience in a management role.
  • 1-3 years of experience in wellness, health promotion or health management field.
  • Graduation from a School of Nursing for Registered Nurses.
  • Current State Licensure in the state where practicing.
  • Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.
  • Current First Aid certification or willingness to become First Aid certified.
  • Ability to use a resident and customer-focused approach to problem solving and goal setting.
  • Ability to monitor the operating and capital budgets for Resident Health Center functions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and Continuing Care Retirement Community operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment.
  • Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office.
  • Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work with the geriatric population is preferred.

Responsibilities
