About The Position

The Wellness Center Coordinator supports the development and execution of a comprehensive employee well-being strategy, partnering closely with leadership to enhance employee experience and organizational performance. This role is responsible for managing and driving wellness initiatives from concept through implementation, using data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and strong project management to deliver impactful and scalable programs across a diverse workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–5+ years of experience in project management, wellness programs, employee experience, or related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with data tracking, reporting, and program evaluation.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with a variety of personalities.
  • The position requires regular and predictable attendance at the Wellness Center.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience leading or facilitating group wellness sessions or fitness-based programming.
  • Valid Driver’s License is required.
  • Ability to move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, Psychology, Public Health) preferred.
  • Interest or background in health, wellness, or behavior change is a plus.
  • Certification or training in Yoga, Pilates, or other mind-body wellness practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to support the development and evolution of the company’s health and wellness strategy.
  • Contribute to the design of holistic well-being initiatives, including physical health, mental health, nutrition, and stress management.
  • Align program components with employee needs and organizational priorities.
  • Able to execute and lead a wellness class such as but not limited to Yoga and Pilates.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of wellness projects and initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance program delivery.
  • Track and analyze program participation, engagement, and outcomes.
  • Prepare reports and insights to support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Gather employee feedback to refine programming and increase effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to promote wellness initiatives and increase participation.
  • Support the creation of campaigns that engage a broad and diverse employee population.
  • Contribute to building a culture of well-being across the organization.
  • Passion for motivating and encouraging employees to be their best self.
  • Research and coordinate with external partners and vendors to enhance wellness offerings.
  • Support relationship management and implementation of partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR, leadership, and department teams to integrate wellness initiatives into broader organizational efforts.
  • Act as a key point of coordination across departments to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Apply behavior-change principles and coaching strategies within program design and delivery.
  • Support initiatives that promote sustainable health habits and employee well-being.
