Responsibilities

• Greet members by name, check them into the facility, and manage the multi-line phone system.
• Confidently explain membership tiers, conduct facility tours for prospects, and sign up new members using our management software.
• Assist members with billing inquiries, booking massages, booking personal training sessions, locker assistance, schedule tanning, schedule sauna, and class registrations.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, protein shakes, and smoothies according to center recipes.
• Efficiently process transactions for cafe items, retail supplements, and apparel.
• Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, following all health and safety protocols for food handling.
• Perform regular "floor sweeps" to ensure the gym, studios, and locker rooms are spotless. This includes wiping down equipment and emptying trash.
• Maintain a continuous cycle of towel laundry (wash, dry, fold) to ensure our "clean towel service" is never interrupted. Check lists are in Notion for both Wellness Center and Physical Therapy sides
• Ensure locker rooms are fully stocked with toiletries, paper products, and fresh towels at all times.
