About The Position

The Wellness Brand Ambassador will serve as a local representation of national brands and is crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will spend most of their time interacting with local business within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap and the services and products provided. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will use approved promotional material (coupons, gift cards, samples, etc.) to the best of their judgment to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap. In addition, the Wellness Brand Ambassador will also help to create local and corporate partnerships alongside of their supervisor. As a Wellness Brand Ambassador, you will also work in the salon at Sun Tan City, developing your client engagement skills. In salon, as a Wellness Consultant, candidate will be required to make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services. These products and services will be the same that are being promoted in the field.

Requirements

Leadership, efficient time management, persuasive communication skills.
Diverse in approach- able to recognize ways to capitalize on marketing efforts.
Management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent.
Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hands on marketing and creative yet strategic thinking.
Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
Ability to properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
Ability to multi-task.
Juggling cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.

Responsibilities

Serve as a local representation of national brands.
Interact with local businesses to promote Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap services and products.
Use approved promotional materials to generate foot traffic.
Create local and corporate partnerships.
Develop client engagement skills in the salon.
Make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services.
Maintain minimum sales requirements.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Educate clients on the best tanning and wellness options.
