About The Position

Masonopoly is a premier operator in the tanning and soap industry, seeking a dedicated and professional team member. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will serve as a local representation of national brands, crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap. This role involves interacting with local businesses to promote services and products, using approved promotional materials to generate foot traffic, and creating local and corporate partnerships. Applicants should have a strong commitment to excellence, exceptional client service, and a desire to learn. The position is full-time with hybrid scheduling, including field marketing and in-salon work as a Wellness Consultant. In the salon, the candidate will make relevant recommendations for products and services, similar to those promoted in the field.

Responsibilities

Serve as a local representation of national brands (Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap).
Interact with local businesses within their territory to promote services and products.
Use approved promotional materials (coupons, gift cards, samples) to generate foot traffic.
Create local and corporate partnerships alongside their supervisor.
Develop client engagement skills by working in the salon.
Make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services while in the salon.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all client needs are met and they are treated professionally.
Properly engage with all clients, building good relationships and understanding/meeting their needs.
Maintain minimum sales requirements.
Multi-task, including cleaning beds and engaging new clients.
Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, upholding company policies and procedures.
