About The Position

Masonopoly, a premier operator in the tanning and soap industry, is seeking a dedicated and professional Wellness Brand Ambassador. This role is crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City, serving as a local representation of national brands. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will primarily interact with local businesses to promote Sun Tan City's services and products, utilizing approved promotional materials to drive foot traffic. This role also involves creating local and corporate partnerships under the guidance of a supervisor. The position requires a strong commitment to exceptional client service, performance excellence, and a desire to learn. In addition to field marketing, the Wellness Brand Ambassador will also work in the salon as a Wellness Consultant, making relevant recommendations for products and services to clients.

Requirements

Strong commitment to excellence, desire to learn and superior client service skills.
Leadership, efficient time management, persuasive communication skills, diverse in approach.
Management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent.
Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hands-on marketing and creative yet strategic thinking.
Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Serve as a local representation of national brands.
Interact with local businesses within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and its services and products.
Use approved promotional material (coupons, gift cards, etc.) to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City.
Create local and corporate partnerships alongside of their supervisor.
Develop client engagement skills by working in the salon.
Make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services while in the salon.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
Properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs.
Make recommendations for products and services.
Maintain minimum sales requirements.
Multi-task, juggling cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Educate clients on the best tanning and wellness options.
