About The Position

Masonopoly is a premier operator in the tanning and soap industry, seeking a dedicated and professional team member. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will serve as a local representation of national brands and is crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City. The role involves interacting with local businesses to promote Sun Tan City's services and products, using approved promotional materials to generate foot traffic, and creating local and corporate partnerships alongside a supervisor. Applicants with a strong commitment to exceptional client service, performance excellence, and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply. The position also includes working in the salon as a Wellness Consultant, making recommendations for products and services and developing client engagement skills.

Requirements

Strong commitment to excellence, desire to learn and superior client service skills.
Leadership, efficient time management, persuasive communication skills, diverse in approach.
Management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent.
Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hands-on marketing and creative yet strategic thinking.
Basic computer skills and knowledge.
Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Serve as a local representation of national brands.
Interact with local businesses within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and its services and products.
Use approved promotional material (coupons, gift cards, etc.) to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City.
Create local and corporate partnerships alongside supervisor.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
Properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs.
Make recommendations for products and services.
Maintain minimum sales requirements.
Multi-task, including cleaning beds and engaging new clients.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Educate clients on the best tanning and wellness options.
