About The Position

Masonopoly is a premier operator in the tanning and soap industry, seeking a dedicated and professional team member. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will serve as a local representation of national brands, crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City. This role involves interacting with local businesses to promote Sun Tan City's services and products, using approved promotional materials to generate foot traffic. The ambassador will also help create local and corporate partnerships alongside their supervisor. Applicants with a strong commitment to exceptional client service, performance excellence, and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply. The position is full-time with hybrid scheduling, including 20 hours of marketing in the field and 15-18 hours in the salon. In the salon, the candidate will act as a Wellness Consultant, making relevant recommendations for products and services that are also promoted in the field.

Management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent.
Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and knowledge.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
Ability to properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
Ability to make recommendations for products and services.
Ability to multi-task. Juggling cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Serve as a local representation of national brands.
Interact with local businesses within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and its services and products.
Use approved promotional material (coupons, gift cards, etc.) to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City.
Create local and corporate partnerships alongside of their supervisor.
Develop client engagement skills in the salon.
Make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services.
Maintain minimum sales requirements.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
